Luxury Hemp Home with lake views, home cinema & hot tub
- Our nightly tariff starts at $600 per night for 2 guests in 1 king suite.
- Each extra guest after that incurs a charge of $50 per person, per night up to 8 guests.
- After 8 guests, we can accommodate an extra child under 12 years on a Folder Bed. The cost is $50 per stay for bed hire, and $50 per night. An infant can also stay in a Port-a-Cot for $30 per stay.
- We assign 2 guests to a bedroom (unless there’s an odd number).
- If you want extra suites to be available, there will be a $100 per extra suite fee. This applies per booking and covers the extra cleaning, linen, and setup costs.
CLEANING & LINEN SERVICE
Cleaning to 6 hours (Standard) and high quality linen is included in the tariff.
We supply bath towels for each guest. Each ensuite also has a face washer, a hand towel, and a bath mat. We also supply a spa towel. 2 tea towels are provided in the kitchen.
MASTER BEDROOM SUITES
Our bedroom suites are spacious and modern. They include a Master sized bedroom with a king size bed. All are approximately the same size. There is also occasional furniture, a built-in-robe, and an ensuite.

ACCESSIBILITY GUIDE FOR INDICA HEMP HOUSE
Indica Hemp House is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests. We offer the following features:
- Mobility Access: Designated parking bays suitable for disabled parking and an accessible entrance. A ramp is being acquired to address a 50mm step from the garage into the house.
- Cognitive Support: Availability of plain English documents and a space suitable for parents and children on the Autism Spectrum.
- Service Animal Facilities: Provision of a secure area with shade and water, as well as a designated toilet area for service animals.
- Communication Aids: Use of plain English in signage and information materials to assist guests with cognitive impairments.

MASSAGE
Tia from Mobile Organic Massage is available to come to Indica for massages. She offers services for yourself and your guests. She waives her normal travel fee exclusively for Indica guests. You need to book for at least 2 hours of massage services to secure a booking.

JONNY TAXI (Da Bus)
Twelve seater bus, from $475 for whole bus. Half to full day service, offering in-bus amenities, pickup and dropoff service, and friendly service for your own tours around the region. Highly recommended!
