How long will it take to drive there from Perth?
Around 3 Hours from the CBD. Wilyabrup is about 270 km south of Perth, Western Australia. The drive from Perth is a straightforward run south along the Mitchell Freeway and South West Highway (Route 1). First, you will pass Mandurah, and then Bunbury. How far is the house from the beach, Dunsborough and Margaret River?
Indica Hemp House is conveniently located just a 20 minute drive from both Dunsborough and Margaret River townships. Additionally, it is only a 5-minute drive from Injidup Beach. Furthermore, Yallingup is just 7 minutes away.
Is smoking allowed?
Please do not smoke or vape inside the house. You can smoke outside, as long as you dispose of butts in bins.

Can you bring your pet?
No, our property is not suitable for pets. Furthermore, having pets on the property also contravenes our Strata Bylaws.
Is the house suitable for small children?
Yes and No – On one hand, the house is all on one level and has no steps. Additionally, there is an outside decking and an artificial lawn area to play on. However, the rear of the house backs onto an unfenced lake. Please take extra care if you have small children who can’t swim.
