3 wonderful days spent in this prestigious home – celebrating our dear friends 60th Birthday the four of us couldn’t have dreamt of anything better. Close to all our favourite haunts this spectacular home gave us that celebratey experience. Perfectly decorated with each of us enjoying our own king size bedroom plus private ensuite, a gift box of local wine, hand cream and other goodies topped it off – thank you for the memories 😀

This house was absolutely spectacular. Designed as the perfect getaway house for a group. Every room had king beds and an ensuite. The kitchen was massive and perfect for entertaining. Home cinema was great for movie night and the outdoor seating spa was lovely to watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Enjoyed our stay so much and will definitely be back again 🤩

Really lovely and spacious house. The host has thought of just about everything you could want or need during your stay and was also easily contactable and responding quickly when we had questions. Really enjoyed the spa and the fire pit. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time, would definitely stay again.

This is a stunning house, we stayed for a long weekend as four couples. It is a perfectly designed house, with 4 king sized bedrooms, all with gorgeous ensuites and view so no arguments about room allocation. We put the theatre room to good use, yoga and stretch in the morning and movie night in the evening.
The kitchen is so well designed and equipped with a thoughtful gift box of local produce. Instant service from the owner when there was a small hiccup. Views of the lake from inside and outside, including the spa were tranquil. Loved the fire pit and EV charger. Will definitely return!

The most luxurious AirBnb in the Margaret River Region. All 4 bedrooms are “master bedrooms” so you don’t have to rush to get the best one! The hot tub was our favourite part but all in all such an amazing place to stay!

This has to be one of the most incredible homes to stay in down in Margaret River. One of the first things we noticed when we walked in was home warm and cosy it felt inside. The rooms + ensuites are beautiful, the views from every window are stunning and the size of the home is perfect for a family or friend getaway. The location was INSANE! Right in the middle of all the wineries. We absolutely loved our stay and will be recommending it to everyone!

Absolutely luxurious! It had everything we needed and was located right in the wine region. Every room had a view to the lake the property backs onto. The huge spa was definitely a highlight. I would 100% recommend!

Great facilities, prime location only a short distance to a lot of tasty food and drink locations. Gorgeous view of the dam. Very safe and secure. WOW…. From the moment we arrived the accommodation exceeded our expectations.
Tastefully decorated interior, with great views of the lake.
The huge outdoor spa was amazing which we enjoyed under the stars.
The surrounding wineries and breweries were easily accessible with Margaret River only a short drive away.
A 5 star eco retreat and fabulous place to stay!

Wow!! What an amazing house.. 4 master suites, fantastic living spaces inside and out. Beautifully appointed, everything you need – the photos don’t do it justice! Great location, secluded, walking distance to Black Brewing, and short drive to beaches and Dunsb. The host Sharlene was lovely, very helpful and responded to our queries. Will def stay again.

This beautiful architecturally designed home was perfect for our needs. We loved that each of the four bedrooms had its own bathroom, the view over the lake was magnificent and being able to relax in the huge spa at the end of the day under a canopy of stars was incredible.

Indica has been my absolute FAVE accomodation I have stayed at in the Margaret River region. My partner and I went recently to celebrate my birthday weekend and it was exceptional. The design of the home, room size, luxury styling and the outdoor area overlooking the water was pure bliss. As we relaxed in the outdoor spa with a glass of wine in hand, we felt worlds away from the city. It was in the heart of the region too, just a short 5 minute drive from all our favourite wineries i.e Cherubinos and Amelia Park. The kitchen had everything we needed for entertaining and it was all really beautiful quality. I would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay down south whether you’re a couple or with friends and family. The hosts even had a cute welcome basket for us on arrival. Thanks so much for a beautiful stay Indica! You’ve created something so special the region needed.

My partner and I stayed there recently and absolutely loved it! We so didn’t want to leave! The kitchen, dining and outdoor areas are so nice and awesome to have a large outdoor hot tub! They have everything you need there including super nice wine glasses, plates, cheese platter boards and much more! I also liked the large garage so i could park my 4wd in there.
Great location too, so close to so many great wineries, breweries and of course the chocolate factory.
Highly recommend this place, you will love it!
